Brad.

Brad is one of the founding members and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Adezu.  His mission in life is to create a business and products that solve the problems of the world and he has had a unique journey finding that purpose.  Although Brad holds a degree in mechanical engineering, almost as soon as he began his career in engineering he found that his passion for business easily outweighed that of engineering.  He likes to say that engineering provided the rigorous and methodical approach to problem solving that he applies in the business world.  Brad has experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, financial (M&A) and technology industries.  He has held roles in engineering, operations, supply chain, design, project management, consulting, and strategy & planning.  His most recent role was director of initiatives for a large tech company in Silicon Valley.  This experience allows Brad to bring a unique perspective to our company and allows him to view problems end-to-end.  We think he is at his happiest finding a new problem to solve, developing a solution, and crafting a business plan to deliver that solution profitably.
